Refund policy
At New Nakhra, we create jewelry designed to keep up with your active lifestyle. We want you to love your glow, but we understand that sometimes a piece might not be exactly what you expected.
1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or an exchange for a different style.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the signature pouch).

Unboxing Video: You must send us the unboxing video. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the absence of the unboxing video.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
2. Tarnish-Free Guarantee (Lifetime/1-Year)
We stand by our quality. All New Nakhra jewelry is tarnish-free and waterproof. If your jewelry loses its color or tarnishes within 1 Year of purchase, we will replace it for you, no questions asked. (Note: This excludes physical breakage or scratches caused by accidental damage). You must send us the unboxing video. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the absence of the unboxing video.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at ops@newnakhra.com or via WhatsApp at 9105538703 with an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement immediately. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the absence of the unboxing video.
4. How to Start a Return

Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return along with an unboxing video. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the absence of the unboxing video.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (available in most pin codes across India).
5. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 5–7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.

COD Orders: We will provide the refund in the form of Store Credit (New Nakhra Wallet Points) which you can use for your next purchase.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the policy above.
