• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part of a collection) without notice.

• Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. "Steps to Wallet" Loyalty Program

Our unique program links your physical activity to store credit. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Data Accuracy: Points are awarded based on step data synced from authorized third-party apps. Any attempt to "game" or falsify step data will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all points.

• Point Value: Points (Wallet Credit) have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as currency. They are only valid for purchases on newnakhra.com.

• Expiration: Wallet points earned via steps may expire after 24 months of inactivity.

4. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

The "New Nakhra" name, collection branding, product identity, product descriptions, and all custom imagery generated for this site are the intellectual property of New Nakhra. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the service without a written permission from us.

6. User Comments and Feedback

If you send us creative ideas or testimonials (e.g., regarding your #GlowUpYourDay journey), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments in any medium.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Nakhra shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of our products. While our jewelry is designed for an active lifestyle and is "tarnish-free," we are not responsible for skin allergies or reactions, as metal sensitivity varies by individual.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
