Shipping policy

Welcome to New Nakhra. We are committed to delivering your glow to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to over 20,000+ pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote town, we strive to reach you.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹99 is applicable on all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

  • Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

3. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Metros: Expect delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: Expect delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Note: During peak festival seasons or sale periods, minor delays may occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a Tracking Link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches you.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery process for COD orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and make the payment.

  • Our courier partners are not authorized to allow "Open Delivery"—the payment must be made before the package is handed over.

6. International Shipping

Currently, New Nakhra ships only within India. We are working hard to bring our activewear jewelry to the global stage soon!

7. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts (due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address), the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • For Prepaid Orders, we can re-ship the item for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund as store credit.

  • For COD Orders, the account may be restricted from future COD privileges.

8. Damaged Packaging

If you notice that the shipping polybag or box is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us at ops@newnakhra.com or WhatsApp us at 9105538703.
